We strive to deliver products purchased from Shia Rai in excellent condition and in the fastest way possible. All Ready to Ship products will be delivered in 5-10 days and all Made to Order products will be delivered in 15-25 days, this can extend depending on the customers requirement.

Shipping is free for all the purchases that amount up to 3000/- and above.

A shipping charge of 100/- will be applicable on all other orders under 3000/- .

If an order is cancelled ( before it is shipped from our warehouse), we will refund the complete order amount along with the shipping fee if paid online.

An email and sms will be sent by our shipping partner once it has been shipped from our wearhouse, along with a tracking id using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email address for us to reach out to you.
